I have taken the NO NEWTAX pledge, renewed on August 18th.
I have a 99% score with Granite State Taxpayers.
I have co-sponsored legislation to reduce taxes while in the NH House.
I prime-sponsored HB-1097 relative to taxation of income of New Hampshire residents when working remotely for an out-of-state employer; this has been passed into law. This new law gives NH Residents working for out of state Companies while performing work remotely here in NH to be protected against paying taxes to that State.
In the NH Senate I will continue my fight to lower taxes as a fiscal hawk.
SCHOOL CHOICE: PARENTAL RIGHTS
During my tenure in the NH House, I've supported all School Choice Legislation.
When elected to the NH Senate, I will sponsor Bills to expand School Choice, vote to give Parents and Students more options, and opportunities to provide the best quality education possible.
I have testified before the District School Board in favor of Parents' rights, and accountability to parents and students.
I have sponsored Bills to make NH Elections more secure, such as keeping voting machines from connecting to the Internet.
I favor showing I.D. to vote, with no exceptions,
I support tight residency requirements and random audits of NH elections.
I will continue to "Push Back" on the Federal Government from trying to federalizing our elections.
In my six years as a legislator in the NH House I have been A to A+ rated the entire time with Americans for Prosperity (AFP), a pro-business advocacy group.
